1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the pak799 website at pak799.app and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money games, sports betting, and payment features on pak799, you must complete the registration process and submit to KYC verification. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pak799 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and retail cash options. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a specific alternative currency arrangement has been confirmed by pak799 in writing.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. pak799 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Deposits are credited to your Account wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pak799 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pak799 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. pak799 reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on account history, payment method, geographic location, or any other factor at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on the pak799 Platform are governed by individual game rules and sport-specific betting rules, which are made available within the relevant game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak799 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error, as defined below.
• pak799 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. Affected stakes will be refunded to the Player's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak799 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity or details.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pak799 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage or extract funds.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak799 Platform, including but not limited to the pak799 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pak799 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pak799.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak799 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

pak799's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date of the claim.

pak799 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pak799 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its control.

11 Responsible Gaming

pak799 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
